A wonderful surprise greated me in the mail today: My sisterlocks birthday certificate! I had forgotten that I had sent the request form to the home office. Dr Joanne Cornwell
I have yet to come up with a new sisterlocks photo montage to commemorate my first year, so this post of my certificate will have to suffice for now!
Happy lockiversary to me...!

Happy, happy! That is awesome!
Cheers! Your certificate is all colorful and pretty while mine is so plain. Pouting(kidding), happy locksiversary and many more.
That's awesome! Congratulations!!!
Congrats!
i appreciate the comment you left me. i am however still in a rut with my mother. i wish i could have a sisterlock birth certificate of my own, but my mom refuses to allow me to get them.
but enough about me, your hair is a constant reminder of the strength alot of us have waiting to be unlocked.
Hey Bee,
Sorry about the conflict with mom, but if you still live under her roof...you know how that goes...
Personally, I would have had more of an issue with the tattoo...
I have a colleague who makes a living REMOVING tattoos from new college grads who got tattooed during their process of 'finding themselves' and who are now trying to find themselves a job...
Finding oneself is a process - and it can be a long and arduous one at that - enjoy the ride - but don't make any life threatening mistakes.
I found myself (pretty much) after 30, and I'm still looking for a few missing parts... ;o)
